~ Five years of experience as assistant chef at a historic restaurant which was a popular site for weddings and group events

~ Executive Chef at Drury University where for four years he prepared and managed the food services for countless meetings and events of all kinds

~ Executive Chef and owner of Grant's American Restaurant in Ozark since 2009

~ Insists on using only the finest and freshest ingredients for his dishes

~ Has assembled a talented team of skilled professionals to help him work his culinary magic in a family-style environment

Buffet Suggestions

Catering Service Guidelines

Buffets: 200 persons maximum to 10 persons minimum
Plate ups: 50 persons maximum to 10 persons minimum
Deposit of 30% due at signing of contract
7 day cancellation required for refund of deposit
Guaranteed head count 3 days before event
Additional charges for:
~Beverages (canned soda, tea, coffee)
~Labor $12 per hour
~Delivery minimum $10
~Use of china
